SVN服务器IP地址发现改变，在Eclipse中的SVN资源库中执行Relocate重定位时发生错误：

错误原因：服务器的版本比较高，客户端的版本比较低。

解决方案：升级客户端版本与服务器版本相匹配。

Eclipse升级插件版本：

Help》Install new software》

安装：http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.12.x
