Global Encoding --> UTF-8
Project Encoding --> UTF-8
IDEA module file --> UTF-8
Default encoding for properties files --> UTF-8
如果文件还出现中文乱码
-> 在该文件内容上右键
-> File Encoding
-> UTF-8
